About the role

Build and maintain relationships with our VIP players as a VIP Manager. You'll deliver personalized experiences, manage player retention, and drive revenue from high-value segments across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio of VIP players
  • Build strong player relationships
  • Create personalized retention campaigns
  • Handle player queries and requests
  • Coordinate VIP promotions and bonuses
  • Monitor player activity and engagement
  • Report on VIP performance metrics
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate players

Requirements

  • 5+ years of VIP management in gaming
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of player psychology and retention
  • Excellent communication and negotiation
  • Multi-lingual skills required (English + 1 other)
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
  • Results-driven mindset
