Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Applicant", "you", or "your") and Platin Gaming Ltd ("Platin Gaming", "we", "us", or "our"), a Malta-registered company operating in the iGaming industry.
By accessing or using our career portal at job.platingaming.com (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
Eligibility Requirements
To apply for positions through our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal right to work in Malta or the European Union (or be eligible for work authorization)
- Meet the minimum qualifications for positions in the regulated iGaming industry
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Pass background checks as required by Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) regulations
Permitted Use of Platform
You agree to use our Platform solely for lawful purposes related to employment opportunities at Platin Gaming. You may:
- Browse and search for available positions
- Submit job applications with accurate information
- Communicate with our recruitment team
- Update your application or profile information
You must NOT:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
- Copy, distribute, or modify content without authorization
- Use the Platform for commercial solicitation or recruitment by third parties
Application Process
Submission
When you submit an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. False information may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
No Guarantee of Employment
Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, job offer, or employment. Platin Gaming reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
Background Checks
Due to MGA licensing requirements for iGaming operations, all candidates may be subject to comprehensive background checks, including criminal record checks, employment verification, and credit checks.
Communication
We will communicate with you via the email address provided in your application. You are responsible for maintaining an active email account and checking it regularly.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of Platin Gaming Ltd and protected by:
- International copyright laws
- Trademark laws
- European Union intellectual property regulations
- Malta intellectual property laws
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Platform content without express written permission.
Data Protection and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Malta Data Protection Act
- MGA regulatory requirements
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malta law:
- The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
- Platin Gaming is not liable for technical issues, data loss, or system failures
- We are not responsible for third-party links or services
- Our total liability shall not exceed €100 (one hundred euros)
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Platin Gaming Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Your misuse of the Platform
Termination and Account Suspension
Platin Gaming reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause
- Remove or reject any application that violates these Terms
- Discontinue the Platform or any features at any time

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
Changes to Terms
Platin Gaming reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
