About the role

Join our player support team to assist customers via live chat, email, and phone. You'll help players with account issues, game questions, and provide exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist players via chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve account and game-related queries
  • Process player requests efficiently
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
  • Document interactions in CRM
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Follow compliance and responsible gaming procedures
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Additional languages a strong plus
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic understanding of online gaming preferred
  • Flexible with shift work including weekends
  • Computer literacy and typing skills
