Join our player support team to assist customers via live chat, email, and phone. You'll help players with account issues, game questions, and provide exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist players via chat, email, and phone
- Resolve account and game-related queries
- Process player requests efficiently
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions in CRM
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Follow compliance and responsible gaming procedures
- Meet performance targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional languages a strong plus
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic understanding of online gaming preferred
- Flexible with shift work including weekends
- Computer literacy and typing skills
