About the role
As Senior Affiliate Manager at Platin Gaming, you'll lead our affiliate marketing program, managing relationships with top-performing affiliates across global markets. You'll develop strategies to maximize revenue, recruit new partners, and optimize campaign performance.
This role requires deep knowledge of affiliate marketing in the iGaming industry, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of high-value affiliate partners
- Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners
- Develop affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns
- Negotiate commission structures and deals
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize conversions
- Analyze data and provide performance reports
- Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of affiliate management experience in iGaming
- Proven track record of driving affiliate revenue growth
- Strong network of affiliate contacts and partners
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare)
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance
- Fluent English, additional languages a plus
