Join our growing affiliate team as an Acquisition Specialist focused on recruiting high-quality affiliate partners. You'll identify potential affiliates, pitch our program, and guide new partners through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential affiliate partners
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media
- Present affiliate program benefits and commission structures
- Onboard new affiliates and provide initial training
- Track recruitment pipeline and conversion rates
- Attend affiliate networking events and conferences
- Collaborate with affiliate managers on partner quality
- Maintain CRM records and recruitment reports
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience
- Interest in digital marketing and affiliate marketing
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good understanding of iGaming industry (preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to attend industry events
