About the role
As B2B Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, ensuring successful integrations, resolving issues, and identifying upsell opportunities. You'll work with operators and platform partners to maximize the value they receive from our gaming solutions.
This client-facing role combines technical knowledge, relationship management, and commercial acumen to drive client success and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of B2B client accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Coordinate technical integrations with internal teams
- Monitor client performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Resolve client issues and escalations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular client reviews and reporting
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B account management experience
- Experience in iGaming, SaaS, or technology industries
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth
- Good understanding of gaming platforms and integrations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
