Responsibilities
- Identify at-risk and churned players
- Create retention and win-back campaigns
- Analyze player behavior and churn patterns
- Contact players via phone, email, and chat
- Personalize offers based on player profile
- Monitor retention metrics and KPIs
- Work with CRM team on automation
- Report on campaign performance
Requirements
- 3+ years in retention or customer success (gaming preferred)
- Understanding of player lifecycle and churn
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools and campaigns
- Knowledge of gaming promotions and bonuses
- Data-driven approach
- Multi-lingual skills a plus
- Results-oriented mindset
