Join our live casino operations as a Table Monitor for Asian-region games. You'll monitor live dealer tables in real-time, ensure fair play and game integrity, and communicate with studio staff in Hindi and English.
Responsibilities
- Monitor Asian-region live dealer tables in real-time
- Verify game procedures and fair play
- Communicate with table staff in Hindi
- Report irregularities or technical issues immediately
- Coordinate with support and compliance teams
- Maintain accurate shift logs and reports
- Ensure correct game procedures are followed
- Work rotating shifts to cover 24/7 operations
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi (required for communication with table staff)
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- 1+ years experience in live gaming or monitoring preferred
- Strong attention to detail and focus during shifts
- Good observation and analytical skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7)
- Understanding of casino games (training provided)
- Ability to work under pressure
