Responsibilities
- Deal live blackjack games according to rules
- Manage game pace and flow
- Interact with players professionally
- Handle cards and chips accurately
- Monitor bets and payouts
- Maintain studio standards
- Follow security and gaming procedures
- Work flexible shifts including weekends
Requirements
- No experience necessary - comprehensive training provided
- English fluency required (German, Italian a plus)
- Good memory and concentration
- Professional appearance
- Comfortable performing on camera
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work shifts (24/7 operation)
