About the role
Join our customer support team to assist players with queries, issues, and account management. You'll work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support across multiple channels and languages.
Responsibilities
- Handle player queries via live chat, email, and phone
- Resolve account and technical issues
- Process withdrawals and deposits
- Explain promotions and bonuses
- Escalate complex cases
- Document player interactions
- Follow responsible gaming procedures
- Maintain positive player relationships
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Fluency in English + 1 other language (German, Italian, or Finnish preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7)
- Basic technical troubleshooting
- Gaming industry experience a plus
- Typing speed 40+ WPM
