Drive player engagement through automated CRM campaigns. You'll create email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, segment players, and optimize communication for different player journeys.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute CRM campaigns
- Build player segments and targeting
- Design email and SMS templates
- Set up automated player journeys
- A/B test campaign performance
- Analyze campaign metrics and optimize
- Work with marketing on promotions
- Manage CRM platform and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM or email marketing experience
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Braze, etc.)
- Strong understanding of player segmentation
- Knowledge of gaming promotions
- Analytical mindset and data interpretation
- HTML/CSS for email templates a plus
- Gaming industry experience preferred
- Creative and detail-oriented
