Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through multiple channels
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Manage relationships with hiring managers
- Build talent pipelines for key roles
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Track recruitment metrics
- Improve hiring processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong technical recruitment skills
- Gaming or tech industry experience required
- Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- Malta employment law knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation
