Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations matters

- Support managers with HR guidance
- Conduct investigations when needed

- Ensure compliance with labor laws
- Track and analyze HR metrics
- Promote positive workplace culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of employee relations experience
- Strong knowledge of Malta employment law
- Experience handling workplace investigations
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Understanding of HR best practices
- Strong communication and mediation abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality
- HR certification preferred
