Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Create learning materials and content
- Facilitate workshops and sessions
- Manage learning management system
- Track training effectiveness
- Support career development initiatives
- Partner with managers on development plans
Requirements
- 4+ years of L&D or training experience
- Strong instructional design skills
- Experience delivering training (in-person and online)
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Knowledge of learning technologies and LMS
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Gaming or tech industry experience preferred
- L&D certification a plus
