About the role

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM or retention marketing experience
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Understanding of player lifecycle and segmentation
  • Proficiency in email marketing and push notifications
  • A/B testing and optimization experience
  • Knowledge of personalization strategies
  • iGaming CRM experience preferred
