About the role
We're seeking a Growth Hacker to accelerate our platform growth. You'll run experiments, optimize conversion funnels, and implement creative growth strategies to acquire and retain players.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute growth experiments
- Optimize conversion funnels and user journeys
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities
- Implement viral and referral mechanisms
- Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments
- Develop retention and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams
- Track and report on growth metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of growth hacking or digital marketing experience
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
- Understanding of user acquisition and retention
- Experience with SQL and data analysis
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- iGaming or tech startup experience preferred
