About the role
We're seeking a UX Researcher to help us understand player behavior and improve user experience. You'll conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights that drive design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Analyze player behavior and feedback data
- Create user personas and journey maps
- Run A/B tests and analyze results
- Present research findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and product teams
- Develop research methodologies and frameworks
- Monitor industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX research experience
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research
- Knowledge of usability testing tools
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Experience in gaming or digital products preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
