About the role
As Trading Manager, you'll lead our sportsbook trading operations, managing a team of traders and odds compilers. You'll be responsible for trading strategy, risk management policies, and ensuring our sportsbook remains competitive and profitable.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sportsbook trading team
- Develop trading strategies and risk management policies
- Monitor overall sportsbook performance and P&L
- Analyze competitor offerings and market trends
- Hire, train, and develop trading staff
- Set trading limits and exposure parameters
- Collaborate with product and tech teams on improvements
- Report to senior management on trading performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of sportsbook trading experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record in risk management and profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of sports betting markets and regulations
- Experience with trading platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions
- Degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field
