Create immersive audio experiences for slot games including music, sound effects, and ambient audio
About the role
We're looking for a creative Sound Designer to craft the audio landscape of our slot games. You'll create everything from epic soundtracks and winning celebrations to subtle UI sounds that enhance player experience without overwhelming gameplay.
Your work will be integral to creating immersive game themes and emotional player journeys across our diverse game portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Compose original music for game themes and bonus rounds
- Create sound effects for symbols, wins, and game features
- Design ambient audio and background soundscapes
- Optimize audio files for web and mobile delivery
- Implement audio using FMOD or similar middleware
- Collaborate with game designers on audio direction
- Mix and master all audio assets
- Maintain audio asset library and documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game audio or sound design
- Proficiency in DAW software (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton)
- Experience with audio middleware (FMOD, Wwise)
- Strong music composition and production skills
- Understanding of interactive audio and adaptive music
- Portfolio demonstrating game audio work
- Knowledge of audio optimization for web/mobile
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
