We're seeking a Senior React Developer to lead frontend development initiatives. You'll architect and build complex user interfaces, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across our platform.

Requirements
- 5+ years of React development experience
- Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JS
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand)
- Strong understanding of React performance optimization
- Knowledge of testing (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite)
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
