Responsibilities
- Implement responsible gaming policies
- Monitor player behavior for risk indicators
- Handle self-exclusion requests
- Conduct player interactions for welfare checks
- Train staff on responsible gaming
- Report on responsible gaming metrics
- Liaise with support organizations
- Develop player education materials
Requirements
- 3+ years in responsible gaming or social work
- Understanding of problem gambling indicators
- Strong empathy and communication skills
- Knowledge of responsible gaming regulations
- Experience with player interaction
- Good judgment and decision-making
- Psychology or social work background preferred
- Professional RG certification a plus
