About the role
We're seeking a Data Scientist to develop machine learning models and advanced analytics. You'll work on player behavior prediction, churn analysis, and personalization algorithms.
Responsibilities
- Build predictive models and ML algorithms
- Analyze player behavior and patterns
- Develop churn prediction and retention models
- Create recommendation systems
- Conduct statistical analysis and experiments
- Deploy models to production
- Collaborate with engineering teams
- Present insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of data science experience
- Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Understanding of statistics and probability
- Experience with SQL and big data tools
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
- PhD or Master's in related field preferred
- Gaming industry experience a plus
